Greg Lancaster

          Greg obtained his real estate license on March 15, 2001, and has been continuously active as a REALTOR, Broker, and Managing Broker to this day. In June of 2003 Greg earned his Associatea Broker’s license in Alaska, and on behalf of CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty, Greg formed, managed, and built the CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty location in Anchorage, Alaska, and functioned as the Managing Broker until June of 2015. During this time he did all that was necessary to build a ptoductive and successful office including selling, recruiting new agents, training, managing an Alaska pre-licensing training school, and in general  worked  to build a strong and productive office in Anchorage, Alaska.

          In June of 2015 Greg relocated to Tacoma, Washington, and joined the CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty, Inc. office in Tacoma, assuming the responsiblities of a Certified Relocation Specialist and Broker / REALTOR in the state of Washington, possessing a Managing Broker’s license. During this time and until this current date, Greg has focused his efforts on making certain that all his clients' best interests, financial and otherwise, are represented professionally, guiding them into wise decisions on their behalf. He continues to serve his clients employing the highest standards of service, guided by the REALTOR code of ethics and maintaining the customer’s expectations of professionalism in all services provided.
